Mihailo Savić (born 1995) completed his undergraduate studies in the United States and earned a master’s degree in the United Kingdom. As a scholarship recipient of the majority Russian-owned Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS), he also studied at MGIMO. In 2017, he interned at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Washington, D.C., USA. Since early 2024, he has frequently appeared in the media as an “international relations analyst,” spreading anti-Western disinformation while justifying Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
