Kapor accuses pro-Russian forces of hijacking the rally and says that they are carrying flags of pro-Russian and anti-Western movements at the demonstrations. He considers the situation to be the result of a coordinated disinformation campaign, although he also notes that a significant number of Serbian citizens are pro-EU, but are afraid to display the symbols.
