Milorad Đošić is a retired colonel of the Serbian Army who served as the commander of the 712th Anti-Tank Helicopter Squadron, known as the “Scorpions.” After his official retirement, he became heavily involved in promoting anti-Western, pro-Russian, Serbian nationalist-revisionist propaganda principally as the founder and executive of Srbski kulturni klub Ćirilica.
