Srbski kulturni klub Ćirilica

The Serbian Cultural Center Ćirilica Belgrade, founded in 2017, is a Russo-Serbian government-affiliated organization officially dedicated to preserving and promoting Serbian culture and the Cyrillic script. However, its main goal is to promote anti-Western, pro-Putin Russian, and Serbian nationalist-revisionist propaganda. It was headed by retired Serbian Army Colonel Milorad Đošić (b. 1959)

For instance, they held a forum event on March 18, 2025 titled Traditional Values, Family, and the Right to Life of Every Child. Among others, forum speakers included clergy from the Serbian Orthodox Church, who argued against women’s abortion rights, aligning with anti-Western values that allegedly “threaten traditional national values.” Russian flags, symbols of the “unity of Russia and Serbia,” and a national-revisionist flag of Kosovo were also visible at the event:
